BP Defender (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a learning game that teaches users about high blood pressure (hypertension).

• Registration ID (given by your administrator)
• First Name
• Last Name

B. Health Information (entered by you)

• Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP)
• Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP)
• Weight
• Height

Note: We use this information only to help with the game, track your progress, and improve learning.

We do not use this data to diagnose or treat medical problems. This data will be used for research purposes only.

2. HIPAA Privacy Notice

We care about your privacy and work hard to keep your health information safe. We follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other laws that protect personal and health information.

We may collect personal and health details such as:

• Email Address
• Blood pressure
• Weight
• Height

When this information is connected to you, it is called Protected Health Information (PHI) We use this information only to refer you to services, communicate with you, and manage the app.

We use security tools and systems to keep your information safe and stop others from seeing or using it without permission. We do not share your health information without your permission, unless the law allows or requires it.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your BP Defender account
• Show your scores, progress, and leaderboard results
• Let administrators check your Registration ID
• Improve the game and learning content
• Send push notifications (if you turn them on)
• Help you when you contact customer support

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored safely in our secure database. We use standard security methods to protect your data.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or unrelated companies.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share your information with other companies except for:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)– used to send push notifications

These services also follow strong security rules to protect your information.

6. Age Restrictions and Children’s Privacy

BP Defender is only for adults who are 18 years or older.

People under 18 are not allowed to sign up. If we find that someone under 18 has registered by mistake, we will delete their account and data right away.

7. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time.

After we receive your request, we will permanently delete your personal and health information from our database within 7–14 days.
